FROM SERVICE TO SHOWROOM

Show the work.
Make it their story.

Build an interactive sales demonstration around the automation your agency actually offers.

1. Choose a starting point

Choose from 10 starting points: 6 editable workflow templates, 1 blank builder, and 3 guided booking templates. Select Use this template to open a copy in your studio. The 6 workflows cover invoices, support, documents, sales research, content approval, and phone conversations. The blank builder starts with a simple structure. The 3 booking templates cover cleaning, consulting, and automotive services.

2. Add your agency and your prospect

Name the showroom, enter the prospect’s business and your agency name, set an accent color, and write a welcome message. An optional HTTPS agency contact link can open your contact page or scheduler. Keep the showroom as Draft while you work.

3. Customize your template

The 6 workflow templates and blank builder support the Steps and Scenarios editors described below. The 3 booking templates use preset steps and 4 preset scenarios; customize their service name, appointment duration, follow-up delay, and branding instead.

In Steps, open any step to change its title, explanation, sample output, or continue button. Choose a document, structured record, chat, research findings, content draft, approval decision, phone script, or result. Add, duplicate, remove, and move steps using the controls. Each editable workflow supports up to 12 steps.

Make the text personal.

Use {{business}} for the prospect’s name, {{agency}} for your agency, and {{input}} for the visitor’s example input. For records, put one Field: value on each line. For conversations and phone scripts, put one Speaker: message on each line.

4. Build alternate outcomes

In Scenarios, edit a path’s name, sample input, and final result. Uncheck steps that should be skipped, and write different outputs where that scenario needs them. Blank overrides use the step’s original output. Add or duplicate scenarios to show your own exceptions, up to six per demo.

An optional matching phrase lets the visitor’s input select a scenario when they enable automatic matching. The first matching phrase wins. With no match, their selected scenario stays active. These are simple text rules, not AI interpretation.

5. Try it before sharing

For editable workflows, open Try your demo inside the editor to test unsaved changes. Run every scenario, check the outputs, and try alternate decisions on approval steps. Save the showroom, then open its card for an owner preview. Owner previews do not add visits or collect real follow-up requests.

6. Publish and invite a conversation

Change the status to Published, save, and use Share to copy the prospect link. Site-level access must allow the recipient to visit; publishing a showroom does not make a private site public. Use the separate follow-up form on the prospect link to test request capture.

7. Review interest

Engagement shows visit sessions, completion, agency-link clicks, and progress milestones. Follow-up requests appear in your studio; use Refresh requests to load new ones and Export CSV to download them. Email notifications are not sent. Duplicate a showroom to reuse it for another prospect. Deletion also removes that showroom’s activity and requests.

What a demonstration proves

DemoPop shows the workflow you have authored. It does not run a live AI model, parse documents, research real prospects, post content, or execute integrations. Phone demos use editable transcripts and optional browser voice playback, with no microphone or real call. Use fictional examples and explain separately what your delivered automation will actually do.
