Your information.
DemoPop is currently an early pilot. This notice describes this release’s data handling. For support or data requests, contact shrawangopal@gmail.com. The operator’s legal identity must be finalized before a public commercial launch.
Agency accounts
Sign-in is provided through Clerk. The application uses the signed-in user identifier to keep agency records separate and displays the account’s email and available name. Agency settings and showrooms are stored in the application database.
Showroom visitors
Published showrooms record visit sessions, completed scenarios, and booking-link clicks. We do not store the text you enter into the simulated customer conversation. Use invented customer information. Request IP addresses are hashed for daily abuse limits; those hashes are not shown to agencies.
Follow-up requests
If you submit the separate follow-up form, your name, email, message, and submission time are stored and made available to the agency that owns the showroom. The form asks for your consent to share this information so the agency can respond.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare hosts the application and its database. Clerk handles account sign-in. If billing is enabled, Stripe processes payment details. A booking link opens the agency’s external scheduling service, which has its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Showrooms, activity, and follow-up requests remain until the agency deletes the showroom or the operator removes them. Agencies can export follow-up requests before deleting. For access or deletion requests, email shrawangopal@gmail.com and identify the showroom involved. You can also contact the agency that provided the link. A defined retention schedule is required before public launch.
Security and visibility
Agency data access is checked on the server. A published showroom can be viewed by anyone who can access its link, subject to site-level access restrictions. Do not publish confidential information.
