Choose one reason for the call
Start with a common request, such as asking about a service or arranging a callback. Write a short caller message and a prepared response. Keep the language specific to the prospect’s business without implying that the system has accessed their records.
A useful opening explains the task: “I’d like to ask about your maintenance service.” Follow with the details your proposed workflow would request, then show the next action. Avoid trying to cover an entire call center in one example.
Build the conversation in the voice template
DemoPop’s voice template supports editable phone-script steps. Write each line in Speaker: message format and use your agency name, the prospect’s name, and appropriate sample details. Supported browsers can read the prepared script aloud.
This is a transcript simulation with optional browser speech. DemoPop does not make calls, capture microphone audio, run a live AI conversation, or connect to a telephone provider. Browser playback cannot demonstrate the latency or voice quality of your future implementation.
Show where the conversation changes
Prepare alternate scenarios that reveal the boundaries of your service.
- Normal inquiry: the caller provides the needed details and receives a prepared next step.
- Missing information: the conversation asks for clarification before continuing.
- Human request: the caller asks for a person and the example shows a handoff.
- Unsupported request: the transcript explains the boundary instead of inventing an answer.
Separate script approval from technical approval
Ask the buyer which phrases sound natural, which details staff really need, and what situations should always go to a person. Use the answers to revise the authored script.
For a later live pilot, agree separately on call routing, interruption handling, integrations, and the conditions for human takeover. The interactive sales example helps explain the proposed experience; it cannot prove production call performance.
Give the buyer a useful leave-behind
Publish the showroom after testing its scenarios. Send the link with a specific invitation: “Please review the routine inquiry and the human-handoff path. Which question would your team ask differently?”
The voice template is part of the free Pilot, which includes three showrooms and ten template options. If your sales conversation requires a functioning phone agent immediately, use your actual voice platform for that technical demonstration and use DemoPop for the prepared workflow story.
